Nun ja, individuelle Verantwortung besteht, reicht aber nicht weit. Ein nationales Infrastruktursicherheitsgesetz mit klaren technischen Vorgaben (Verwendung quelloffener Software, 2FA, räumlich weit getrennte Backups, robuste Umzäunung und Bewachung wichtiger Anlagen usw.) wäre besser.
