Do Lawyers Even Need Offices Anymore? More and more “virtual” firms are letting attorneys work from home. Their lives are more flexible, but workplace culture might be taking a hit.

This 👇 is from 2015, i.e. long before Covid-19 normalized work from home. In a metropolis like Seoul, practicing law remotely would make life so much easier (and reduce traffic, demand for office space, and demand for downtown apartments / officetels).

Got a glimpse into new K-law drama Beyond the Bar. In one scene, newly hired junior lawyers get to ask about work-life balance opportunities. Interestingly, everybody appears to miss a key point: in the year 2025, lawyers don't need to work in offices.
