Jeg kunne ikke forebygga ptsden min med noen av de rådene der, vennen min sin bipolar kunne ikke forebygges med de rådene der, dette er råd for de som får mild til moderat depresjon og/eller angst i voksen alder mens alt annet rundt dem forblir trygt.

Neida, det ene utelukker ikke det andre. Men verdensdagen for psykisk helse fokuserer utelukkende på det ene, altså slagord og sjekklister, og er øredøvende tause om de skrikende manglene i helsevesenet vårt. Det er utelukkende blikk på enkeltmennesket, og null lys på hullene i systemet
