I remain dumbfounded that ANYONE had Montréal finishing above DC in the preseason predictions and power rankings and whatnot. Charlotte and Atlanta at least have potential on paper. Montreal... not so much

Yeah I did some more digging on that, and Charlotte, Miami, and Orlando all have more U22s than they're allowed, with one guy for each being on loan. So they must just keep it there regardless if they're actually occupying the spot or not

I think they have to actually be on loan to go into slot 31. And we haven't heard of anyone (officially) being loaned out yet. If we send someone like Avilez to our MLS NP partner (that totally exists!) then they'd go into slot 31, but I don't think we have that yet

It also has Kim using an international spot, which seems odd.
Hopkins is also now on the senior roster, though we still have a 11/10 supplemental problem

It goes as far to say he's number 20, and occupies one of the supplemental 25-28 slots, which we now have 5 guys in for 4 spots.
Overall, we're now looking at 18/20 senior spots filled, with 1/1 or 0/2 DP/U22 spots and 1 international spot open

Quick #DCU roster update now that the season has started. According to the league site, Hopkins has been moved to the Senior Roster. That would fix our 11/10 supplemental issue...if it didn't already list Grant Leveille as being fully signed.

As a UMBC alum, I was really hoping DC would take him in last year's draft. Dude can certainly play. He should have a decent place on KC's depth chart with their 6 other players

For sure, but for every exciting one, there's another boring one. Nashville's just looks yellow from a distance, Charlotte is just blue. DC at least has a history of "just a black shirt with red accents"

It's not flashy, but the home jersey never really has been. It's solid. Seems similar to the 2016 (i think??) jersey. Hoping the pair it with red shorts though

I was thinking we were going to have to get David Bingham as an FA. Who would have been fine, but Bono is arguably better (and much younger than both Bingham and Johnson)
