4 songs recorded on the acoustic. It took longer than I thought - a broken lead and confusing half hour. Luckily Anderson’s music shop is open on Sundays! This is the start of a new acoustic project I’m working on. Really hard work but worth it and I’m learning all the time.

In 2003 It’s Jo & Danny’s album ‘But We Have The Music’ The Sunday Times Album of the Week **** It was released in Japan, Spain and Germany along with the UK. It’s available on all streaming services. Of all the over looked music we released, this is one of the most over looked! 🙃

2008 Green Man. This one actually improves with time. The National, War on Drugs (the last band I booked that year - £175!). Early appearances from Jane Weaver, Cate Le Bon, Mumford & Sons (£250). The heroic Cafe headline set from Badly Drawn Boy & Rhys Ifans causing chaos with The Peth!

My Dad was raised on the Isle of Barra in Scotland. He moved away, but we returned every August. He loved capturing family holidays on his Voightlander SLR 35mm camera.

In 1988 Danny and I went to California for 6 months and tried giving Bluetrain USA a go. We got jobs in a cafe called Victoria's Orange in Downtown Riverside. A while after we were back home in the UK, the owners, the wonderful Pat and Helene wrote to us and enclosed these photos.

Mad, how after all these years, I still get sent stuff I haven’t seen before! Here’s a flier with my teenage band Go! Service supporting The Wolfhounds in Brixton. It was one of Dan Treacy’s (The Television Personalities) nights in 1986.

It was the first year the late Jon Clee did the artwork, we loved it so much. Took us the the next level.
