The same defendants arguing that the authority for suspending USCIS adjudications comes from an entry suspension provision might look a little funny raising that argument.

The INA and APA are pretty clear about what the government's duties are in immigration. Nothing in INA § 212(f) gives the president the authority to do anything other than suspend classes of aliens. Which isn't this.
