2016 Nissan Leaf, a school friend's mum got one to replace her very thirsty Toyota Previa. Very comfortable, very quiet, impressive interior space, all felt very nice

The whole thing gives me racing car vibes, especially the boxy flared arches. A lot of racing cars are butt ugly when you look past the decals though

This stuff clearly has a market here, so do all the minibuses (Toyota Alphard/Vellfire/Voxy/Esquire/Noah/Estima/God only knows how many others)- does make me wonder why they didn't just sell them here to begin with instead of churning out generic slop like the Verso

The whole Accord and Civic situations... in the year 2000 there were three of each! Accord, "Euro" Accord and Accord Euro which wasn't actually a European model; and two of the Civics were loosely related but the connection between them wasn't a Honda at all

And yet Honda seems to do the opposite, instead of selling 3 cars under 45 names they sell 45 unrelated cars under 3 names and make it incredibly confusing

General rule of life is, if Toyota made it, no matter where it was sold new, someone in Liverpool will be using one as a taxi. And when you think you know them all, there turn out to be 57 more that are near-identical

Closest thing I can find (and I had to literally go through the entire alphabet on Google Images to get here) is a Toyota Fielder. Seems to be Corolla-based so it's about the right size. Question is, why import one of these when the actual Corolla was right there already?

Trying to find out a weird car I saw today- didn't get to photograph it though. Had Toyota badges on and 2019 plates, but looked like a combination of a Probox and a Subaru. Badges might have said something like Toyota Fulda? But the internet has no trace of such a model. Anyone have any ideas?
