Is that true? With phasor-analysis the requirements on the lifetime data are (much) lower, correct? Just today I saw unmixing using tau-STED data by our local phasor guru (Arjen Bader) and it looked rather 👌.

Schwierig zu sagen. Viel Lipid- und Proteinoxidation in Nahrungsmittelemulsionen. Im Wesentlichen aber Technologieentwicklung. Was "die Industrie" daraus macht, kann ich nicht sagen. Da aber alle Doktorrandinnen in ihren vier Jahren 3-4 tolle OA Publikationen geschrieben haben, sind alle zufrieden.

Kommt auf das Projekt an. Habe mit manchen Firmen sehr viel veröffentlicht.

100% agree. Zumindest in den Naturwissenschaften ist es manchmal möglich, sich Reviews über ORCID.org von den “Publishern” zuschreiben zu lassen. (Bezahlung wäre natürlich besser!)

Ja, mein Kommentar bezog sich auf die Naturwissenschaften. Lotterie bleibt es aber wohl immer. Man wundert sich oft.
