If you're looking for a specific word, line or phrase, what I do is find transcripts for the media I'm going through and ctrl+f.

If I'm sentence mixing and need more help I'll sometimes put the text through an IPA transliterator so I can search for certain phonemes.

I would also recommend using the edit tab instead of the cut tab. Cut tab is just a more limited version of the edit tab designed for higher ups at studio to remove or change the order of scenes.

The timeline zoom, in between the marker settings and the preview volume slider.

It's not labeled for some silly reason, but this slider is your timeline zoom.
