It feels so freeing. Like I don't care if anyone "understands" me or whatever. Those journals were all so full of pain and sadness and this never ending quest to be good enough.

I can be the villain in other people's stories about me. I don't care anymore. It's all okay.

This week, I did something that feels so absolutely cathartic: I threw away all of my old journals.

I don't even journal anymore. I stopped being my own self-help project, and started feeling & expressing my feelings fully. I live in alignment. No more self-abandoment. I live in gratitude.
