I use it to help me tone check my emails. I almost never use exactly what it suggests, but it saves me so much time threading the kind but assertive needle.

I block the first half-hour on my calendar every day for Focus time where I go through my inbox and file/answer quick things/delete the junk. Keeps it more manageable for me.

I’m dyslexic so I have a screen reader read to me when I am proof reading so I can hear if I used the wrong word (definitely vs. defiantly for example)

I think it was because we all meet a week or so before (virtually) and tried to think of it as one talk not three short ones. And the moderator was really helpful.

I was on a panel where everyone stuck to their time, we had a good moderator, and lots of time for engaging Q&A
