The Sameer Project was founded by four Palestinians in the diaspora. Sameer Abu-Salim is the name of the father of one of the founders who died in Gaza in January due to a lack of access to medical treatment.

They need to supply daily food & water for those who remain.

Though borders are closed, there is some aid still available in Gaza to purchase albeit at high prices & high commission costs to withdraw cash because of supply & demand. But with your help they can still operate & still have an impact.

Translating Falasteen x The Sameer Project is one of the only initiatives left serving the North. But this does not come without extreme risk for their team. They are putting their lives on the line to support their community with the basic necessities for survival.

Nearly half a million people remain in the North of Gaza. Whether because they refuse to leave their land or because they are unable to find costly transport South, thousands and thousands of families still need food, still need water, still need help as they are being bombed without mercy.
