Yes! I usually swap out the asparagus for green beans. And the dressing is sour cream, mayo, and pickled jalapeños with the liquid. I’ve also been swapping sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes, and I think it’s better!

It’s not every day I wake up at 6am for an 8:30am call time for a 10am concert on a Thursday morning. But when I do, I’m exhausted by 1pm. 🎶😮‍💨😴
