Effort in finding focus and remain grounded. Still uncertain of next steps or what to do so I am working on showing up as much as possible, keep control of news feed so it doesn't paralyze me, and literally keeping hands busy. piano and recently sketching regularly again, been decades.

times are weirder than ever. Begging my family to get their passports sorted pre inauguration made me seem kind of crazy to them. Puerto Ricans will get rounded up too and frustratingly many voted for this. Family gets it now. i worry every day
