My transition from Facebook to another platform isn't instant, in part because so many people I know are still there, but given that I rarely see any of them post anything makes me question why I bother scrolling in the first place.

In an attempt to learn to manage my #anxiety I'm doing a lot of #mindfulness - noticing just not difficult everything is after the main anxiety attack has ended is fascinating. I want the #dopamine I get from being #creative, but the anxiety won't let me be vulnerable enough to create. Fascinating!

#Gratitude - it took years, but I finally found a job I love and I'm good at. Like most things in my life I sauntered into it, totally unplanned, but once I saw a chance to mold my job, I took it. I'm insanely grateful I had this opportunity and that I took it.

Gratitude - I have the sort of brain that finds peace in plans, and I live in the sort of world where I can make plans. I am grateful there is minimal chaos in my life 🥰
