I think more than what was going on with Epstein with him raping kids , we need to know why the US was protecting him.

In the end, there is no "work" here for the "Feds" to do. The FCC has no authority over Fox News and even if the video was aired by a broadcast station, it doesn't violate any statute or FCC regulation.

"Propaganda" is protected by the First Amendment and always has been.

Further, "freedom of press" under the First Amendment was always meant to prohibit gov't licensing and regulation of the media. And we know this because the media at the time 1A was ratified was filled with ....

FCC regulation of over the air broadcasting was an exception to this rule, an outlier.

And even if this was aired by an over the air broadcast station, it violates no statute nor any FCC regulation.
