If you have a GOP representative, you need to call and ask if they approve of stripping congress of its constitutional authority. If they like being powerless.

I know people hate talking on the phone, but if it makes you feel better it’s mostly to an answering machine. Program your reps numbers into your phone. Push back on the unconstitutional stop to Congressionally mandated funding w personal stories of how it affects you.
