Inte helt bra än, men mycket bättre! Har fortfarande kvar en del smärta i sidan, men det är hanterbart. Det kunde blivit mycket värre, så det är jag ändå glad för att det inte blev!

Yes, this is a fact.

Yeah it sucked for sure! I still have pain but I can go to work and stuff at least. I just avoid most manual work, like lifting heavy etc. So I have to take it easy and not do my house chores like I normally would either. Like digging in the garden. But it's okay. I'm glad I didn't hit my head!

not bad enough pain that I felt I needed to seek medical assistance. It was also late at night and I just wanted to go to bed. So we did. But I couldn't sleep much unfortunately. The next day it looked worse, lol, but it felt a little bit better. Since then I've still been in pain, but improving.

It's a little bit unclear exactly how I landed when I fell from the stairs, but I scratched the upside of my hand, bumped my elbow really bad, and also took a SEVERE hit to my left side of my torso. I got completely winded. There was a nasty bruise straight away and quite bad pain too. But not .. ⬇️

About my accident. I fell down the stairs to the sleeping loft at the hotel. I am clumsy and the stairs (more like a ladder, really) were very steep... I was extra tired from the hike and I managed to fall over, from the top, towards the side facing the room. I landed partly on some furniture 🫠

So yeah, while away on my mountain hike I managed to both hurt myself and attract a severe cold. So I've not been up for much at all since I got home. Just focusing on recovering... 🤕

So here is my new motor bike! A Ktm Duke 390 year 2014. It's not fully original anymore, as the previous owner modified it quite a lot. Most of these changes makes no difference to me, but the orange KTM signature color is something I am missing. So I'll try to change it back!

I bought a bike! 😱 It finally appeared a KTM 390 Duke close enough to me and for a price I could afford. That's a model I really have been wanting to try. So I went to have a look at it. And decided it would be stupid not to get it. So I did! Will upload pic later.
