Exactly. Honestly part of it might be hormonal too, I found that after starting on testosterone it became much more difficult to cry, even if the feeling was there.

I almost forgot how therapeutic a cry is. I have that annoying man thing where instead of crying I get angry and lash out because I’m embarrassed but I had such a good cry today and I actually feel better.
It’s okay to cry, you don’t have to be in control and on top of every single thing 24/7.
