Trauma recovery is never, ever about "getting rid" of feelings, "parts," or even memories.

I know, they hurt. I know, you hate this. Valid. Real.

But the path ahead is about acknowledging & integrating & realistically transforming them-- not amputating or destroying them.

Why is it such a difficult concept for some people that your happiness shouldn't have to come at the cost of someone else's? We all win when we all win, not when some win a lot and others lose everything.

There’s no hiding the political retaliation and weaponization.

It’s all out in the open.

Remember: Politicians aren't our masters, they're our EMPLOYEES and we need to treat them as such.
