Ten days after pardoning Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, who pleaded guilty to enabling money laundering, Trump told 60 Minutes: “I don’t know who he is.”🙄

A $4.3 billion DOJ settlement, a confessed crime, and Trump plays dumb. Elizabeth Warren called it what it is: corruption, pure and simple.

Trump is too busy playing MAGA Mad Libs instead of answering how to help Americans make ends meet.

These aren’t the words of a leader who actually cares.

Between what came before and what happened tonight, Dems ought to treat encounters with CBS reporters as presumptively hostile and untrustworthy. A small thing, but there’s no way out of this disaster if the party continues helplessly submitting to unequal treatment from ~all mediating institutions.
