update: started antidepressants right after this, I'm doing much "better" now 😁

After trying for weeks, I managed to get an appointment with a psychiatrist and it could only be at 9am. I'm pretty sure I'll somehow miss it. Also, I don't like being on antidepressants but I can't see another way out.

Stupid weird nightmares are back too. Haven't had them in my last few depressive periods. How am I supposed to "get better" when I can't even sleep properly?

Being back in depression is so weird. I've been here many times before and I know I made it out too. It still feels like nothing is ever going to get better. I am having trouble taking it seriously while constantly hurting from it. Can't enjoy things, can't rest, can't be productive, just rotting.
