WoF was the foundation of my dragon art, so to this day, most of my dragons take a lot of inspiration from WoF. I also couldn't resist doing an artstyle from a combo that I rarely saw, as most dragon artists aim for cartoony or semi-realism!

Where it started vs. How it‘s going ✨

I began drawing dragons when I picked up my first book of WoF. I love both the aesthetic of dragons and anime, so I am pursuing a fusion-esque artstyle!

Oh, I forgot to mention the dates. I started drawing dragons on paper in 2018, when I read my first book of Wings of Fire. I began digital art much later, so the second image is from 2026. Personally, I'd say that there's still a lot of room for me to grow!

I was invited by a friend, and it seemed fun to check out! I’m mostly a dragon x anime artist as I love to be flexible, and to draw in a more fusion-esque art style. Really happy to be given this opportunity ❤️

Yes! It was inspired by a phoenix, but I went for a more volcanic appearance to spice it up. I also thought that a darker palette would highlight its antennas better!

This is my concept art for a potential Skyrim-like RPG game I was thinking of, where all living beings are derivatives of animals becoming either more human-like or more beast-like.

Coincidentally, this is the second time I've been suggested the Violet-backed Starling for Aimae!

Aimae 爱梅 is a HearthWing! They’re emblem-bearing residents of a dragon continent, known to don metallic cuffs. She was originally based off my Animal Jam avatar, and her name means “love” and ”plum blossoms,” to reflect her gentle character.

The image is of Wrathion from World of Warcraft. It's a commission done by @echofey for @ClaretAsh. Wrathion, in his dragon form sits upon a tiled rooftop in Pandaria. It's gently snowing, and the background is cool and frosty blue, grey and white. Also behind Wrathion, dozens of blue lanterns float up into the clouded sky. Wrathion is vivid against the cold background, sitting with his wings slightly raised. The red membrane contrasts brilliantly against his calm surrounds. He watches the peaceful sight, and thinks of when he was a young boy, meeting a certain Prince in Pandaria for the first time...
