The guys had hopes that they would be able to cover this need without us, but important auxiliary equipment for the platoon took all the resources!

But it's obvious to everyone that we need to start paying more immediately, especially if there are achievements that everyone is bragging about at all levels of the country's leadership! We need to pay those who are pulling out these achievements!

Guys can hardly give anything to the family, all the savings were spent back in the 22nd, more and more often families are on the verge of divorce, because the women simply can't stand it mentally.
Commanders try to provide leave to keep families & so that the soldiers' brains don't get burned.

After another bureaucratic tightening of the screws this year, the guys have too much fuel for their own, EW for their own, treatment of the wounded for their own, cars for their own.

Enemy drones and the fall in volunteer fundraising are putting a lot of pressure on them.

The question of the need to pay twice as much, and the SOF and similar special forces and assault regiments 2.5-3 times more, has long been ripe and overdue.

In the rear, our military-political leadership somehow does not understand at all what it is like to work on a modern battlefield after numerous wounds and contusions. Give all snipers the second disability group now - and you will be wrong only in 5% of cases.

At the front, all groups are very exhausted, with rare exceptions. But everyone is working at the limit of what is possible and even more.
