What if he were Speaker of the House? Would he be eligible to be president via succession? The answer is yes. Therefore he is Constitutionally eligible to be president (via succession) and vice president (via election or appointment), even tho he couldn't be elected president.

The 22nd Amendment makes a clear distinction between being president and being elected president. I don't think the 12th Amendment is an issue, because he would be Constitutionally eligible to be president (thru succession) even if not eligible to be elected president.

They'll appoint him Speaker of the House, then the "President" and "Vice-President" will resign immediately after inauguration, making him again the President. Neither the 22nd Amendment nor the Presidential Succession Act appear to prevent this.

He's forgiven but he would never get my vote. Those are two different things. There are thousands of people who would be better Senators. We need to find them.

A very incomplete list of things we wouldn't have done if we waited for the normies to care:

- child labor laws
- votes for women
- social security
- fdic
- welfare
- medicare
- medicaid
- desegregation
- women's sports
