bought some amazing safety goggles with HEPA filters. a fan. rechargeable. put them on and the intense smell of vinyl got me wondering if the material's vapor near my eyes is more toxic than the sawdust it's intended to protect them from.

dear #ikea, i love kits but when i decided to buy clean, well designed products to quickly furnish my place for retail prices instead of making them (because i don't have much free time) , i didn't realize the time and attention involved in assembling these *kits*.
