I’m participating in #PBandKidJudges contest. I love that @authorkelliebeggs.bsky.social has a critique club at her school—this is such a great idea (something my former students would have loved). I’m excited to submit a story directly to the demographic it’s intended for. 😊

#pbparty Contests get me thinking creatively with lower stakes. I can write for the sake of it, instead of feeling like I must create the Next Great American PB every time I sit down. And agreed—the word-count contests are invaluable at strengthening my work!
