Maybe a hot take but I think they should be paid before services such as storage or RSS feeds if you’re waiting to make money from the show before paying them. Those are easier to do out of pocket than a wage

I don’t think editor should ever be a volunteer position unless the editor is also playing in or running the games they’re editing (not that that compensates as pay but it’s different from editing something you’re not a part of) they should be the first to get paid from patreon funds or pocket
