Thinking of you Peter. From my own experience(s) of long term recovery and accompanying isolation I played round with pods and relaxed into long form tv dramas which I found allowed me to switch off or literally put me to sleep during the day. Best wishes xx

Is it just me but the silks seem stickier? Plus I always apologise when disturbing a cobweb but one in particular by my bins I think I’ve trained it to attach its web differently which I much appreciate 🙂
