Anniversary podcast to talk about Gold Finger’s first album, which came out 30 years ago. Fun fact: the first time I played a live show in a band was opening for Goldfinger when this album came out. The band was Ten Dollar Mic and it was our first show.

Love this album.

That is a bigger compliment than you can know.

This might be my favorite album of all time. It got me through high school. And then college. Probably the next few years too. Maybe it never stopped? I think I’m losing the thread but I love this band and this album.

I’m not that entertaining - but my animals are. They even have their own Instagram. Still, if you think it won’t hurt your cred, I could come on and talk about them. Slide into my DMs or whatever it is on this platform.

All 11 songs my friends and I recorded are online now as a 22-minute album. If you try it and hate it, at least it’ll be over with quickly.
