Yikes, I had no idea it was illegal and quite often do it before binning my coffee cup or repacking my reusable cup. The drain is also where the soapy water from washing my car ends up when it runs off the car.

Who's going to #igelu2025? I'm getting to go in person (woo, Siena!) and there are so many good sessions. Also a ton on AI--I'm interested to hear how people are evaluating the "research assistant" and if they've turned it on.

That's where it being punny comes in! ๐ I agree, I don't think the badge is motivation in itself, but as a potential conversation starter or to show what I've done, I think it beats digital. For me the best rewards apart from the learning itself, are a recognised certificate or qualification.
17.07.2025 10:54 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0
I'd be much more interested in a real, physical badge! ๐ I don't see any point in a digital badge--who is ever going to see it? If the badge can also be punny, that's a bonus.

I have a Boox, which is actually an epaper tablet running android. This means I can have the Kindle, Libby, and Google ebook apps on there. As a vendor-neutral ebook reader it works well for me and that's all I use it for. However for full disclosure, this: www.mozillafoundation.org/en/privacyno...

Dear Arthur Webber,

The debate is scheduled for 19 May 2025.
Parliament is going to have a debate on self-ID on 19th May.
If your MP is supportive of trans rights, itโs really important that you write to them to ask them to be there.
The transphobes will turn out in force - we need to make sure allies do too.
