We are aiming to combine this psychological research with game design mechanics you know and love to create an experience that will make understanding mental health not only accessible but engaging!

Though what you do in Myndzai won’t just feel cozy, customisable and relaxing. Myndzai is designed with the latest mental health research in ‘mind’ using Polyvagal Theory, Narrative Therapy and universal mindfulness practices to create a more personalised gaming experience.

To do this, you must help your Spark grow their Skills by completing a variety of in-game activities that will not only help restore Myndzai, but also help you the player better understand your mental health as you progress!

In Myndzai you play as a Spark (pictured) a unique creature with an equally unique connection to both the game world and you the player!

Your Spark has been summoned to help rejuvenate the lands of Myndzai and protect it from a far more sinister force lurking further afield…
