Korean tends to rely on context and often skips over details, which makes many aspects of life move faster. In contrast, English requires clear distinctions and categorization for each part of a sentence. So, to speak English well, my way of organizing thoughts has to become more precise.

Painting is hard—there’s so much to consider. I realized I’ve been struggling with drawing because I forgot to think about perspective. But even now, it’s still difficult for me to focus on perspective while managing shapes at the same time.
