I guess that is how the world seems to be operating in all spheres of life.
The rich and the powerful take the day…. May sound unfortunate, but that’s the reality of how things are operating at every level even in the family structures.

It seems that the bill will have to be passed now as it was negotiated as part of the 26th amendment, but what is important is ensure that whatever is passed, is regulated/controlled framework and it should be under the Ministry of Education and not left to the religious scholars to go unbridled.
