HERMES: Randomised trial of 2-fraction or 5-fraction MRI-guided adaptive prostate radiotherapy To demonstrate safety and feasibility of 2-fraction stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for prostate cancer.

New HERMES trial results show delivering prostate RT in 2 fx with Unity maintains acceptable acute GU toxicity rates compared to a 5 fx approach. This marks a key step in reducing the burden on patients and clinical teams while maintaining care. Read more in @ijrobp.bsky.social ➡️ bit.ly/4dvtYpW
