After Shadow Generations, I believe it is easier for Sonic Team to remake Sonic Adventure 2. Not Sonic Adventure 1 because for that, it should happen after Frontiers 2.

Also i think Sonic should have a bit of a character arc, where a villian psychologically manipulates his actions and motives to the point we see him break his character a bit.
