Why, in this world where we ring through our own groceries, do we not have direct democracy? Why do we need to send a representative? It’s not the days of horse and buggy we can be contacted from our phones? Screw the middle man and the leader ask the population directly. Easy fix.

I think, the first question that a presidential candidate should have to answer, and I mean this seriously, is “what would a perfect world look like to you?”

Twice I’ve opened Instagram today. The first time was a post where someone was saying homosexuals were akin to dogs and should be treated as such and executed. The second a woman was calling immigrants being detained as subhuman. Neither could be flagged for hate speech. So… it’s an easy decision.
