Earn To Die Rogue — Zombie-Killing Delight Post-apocalyptic side-scrolling roguelite that can be beaten without spending real-life money. This comes with a significant difficulty spike, however.

The pacing is slow, the translation is mediocre, and the whole thing gives off the vibe of being made just to push Crunchyroll Premium subscriptions, I understand why its Play Store rating is so low. That said, I’ve got a couple of other reviews coming before that one.

Anyway, in the first week of July, I’ll be posting an article covering Mirren: Star Legends. The first hour of gameplay felt more like a visual novel, with only two fights that were basically me being told to click every button rather than letting me actually figure the stuff out.

Was recording gameplay for another review, but an hour into it, my phone’s battery died. I wish Android had some kind of warning before shutting off—just enabling battery saver isn’t enough. My phone turned off even after I plugged in. 💀

No reviews this week, I’m playing #TheAlters and enjoying it way too much.

Also I bought myself a new keyboard, #Razer Deathstalker V2, on a dirty-cheap sale as my previous offbrand Chinese £5 one wasn’t very pleasant for writing, especially in this god-awful heat.

Galaxy Defense: Fortress TD — We Have Dome Keeper At Home Mobile kinda-counterpart to PC's Dome Keeper. With nice estethics and satisfying sound come hard, grindy gameplay and pushing to spend real money.

Galaxy Defense is a shmup that's trying to be a tower defence game, and while the gameplay is fine, aggressive iAPs and grind really hinder the entertainment.

Merge Archers is a direct sequel to Archery Bastions. Looks a bit different and has a few more gamemodes/mechanics, but it's still the same game. Not bad, if it's your first time.

Dungeon Hunter 6 is one of the worst games I have ever played. If someone was to actually recommend it to me, I would feel betrayed. There is no excuse for the hostile microtransaction system and gameplay trying to lock player out of any interaction.
