Ahh the urge to make an alt account bluesky for just screenshots and miscellaneous things but also I don't want to manage multiple accounts and bluesky is a bit better with tag organization.

Two characters. One is a brooding guy with shaggy long hair and chained cuffs on his wrists in the strangest outfit. He’s got this odd crop top on and pants with pointless vestigial belts and a slightly plunging waistline. The other character is a woman with shoulder-length hair wearing something that looks like a bishop’s frock.

I’m just fully making a one-man Tales of Symphonia sketchbook at this point.

I never thought I'd say I want someone to drink himself to death but considering how some people have died in this show already, I am hoping that's the case.

I swear I talk about whiplash because parts of Lord of Mystery is so terrifying and then you have the events of the fishing dock storage unit.

This show is such whiplash because sometimes it's so silly and others it is horrifying and haunting.

The worldbuilding in this donghua is really good, though I heard the series was going to have three seasons but is technically complete reading wise. Maybe I'll go out of my way to read it.

Been watching Lord of Mysteries and have been enjoying the show even if there are a few confusing bits. I do love how every now and then, I forget it's technically an "isekai" so whenever the protagonist makes a small reference to the real world, it's so out of nowhere and honestly kind of funny.

We don't talk about how many times I died during the Downfall mission at the very end trying to escape the ship.

Time to continue Lightfall, let's see how this goes.

The great part about having OCs is rather than wallow in despair about the bad times you are having, you can instead, project onto the poor little people you've made and have them suffer instead 💀

WIP reference for Nadim's ancestor, Galal El-Sherif. I haven't decided how actively he's going to haunt Nadim throughout the narrative or if he'll be a side story thing, but he at least deserves a reference for the violent Spino rep since Nadim's too chill to make the cut.
