There are only 2 roles per character active on the paradigm. You can have her as a medic so long as you only have one other role from her available in the 6 paradigm slots.
We can change it any time but we will only be allowed to have 2 available at any given time.
Thirteenth incentive:

All hunts includes all hunt quests given by bounty hunter mission quest givers which also includes the quest "Let Sleeping Mountains Lie"!

Yes, you can respec in the TZA version by visiting the hunt guild hall. However, it's still a race, so time wasted respeccing will still sting

Incentive 1: Max 2 roles per character
Incentive 2: Default weapons (no catalyst)
Only 2 roles can be represented by each character across all 6 paradigm slots.
Weapons can be upgraded but never have access to a catalyst.

A little confusing, but this means that if Vaan is level 20, he can only have 40 licenses total across both job boards. This does not include shared licenses.

Players will force swap in (sometimes the game forces party) in the following priority:

Incentive 1: Defeat Ozma
Incentive 2: B-team only
B-team is defined as Garnet, Vivi, Quina, Eiko. Preference aside, this is undeniably the weakest team.
While we did this before, now they will have to stand against Ozma, the cheatiest boss ever!
Unfortunately, there are no plans for merch this year as there are a number of barriers to getting merch going. We're working on it and it's possible some is unveiled part way through the Fiesta

The unsung heroes of FF8 are easily the GFs. "natural" learning means we can't change what the GF learns leaning in to GF HP and output.
