Effectively, lukewarm, watered down vodka. I still think it was an alien who heard humans sometimes consume alcohol so they ordered a "cocktail" of alcohol and liquid.

It haunts me.

Sad to hear that Tom Stoppard has passed away, but he did so many incredible things in his 88 years. A HUGE influence on my work and one of the finest playwrights of any age, in my opinion.

I saw a post elsewhere about never forgetting the word that made you lose the spelling bee and Dear Reader, I spelled "theater" when they wanted "theatre."

I was in college to be a video game programmer so I could eventually become a lead designer and make my own games. But I realized I didnt like programming, but loved the worlds, characters, stories, and oh I want to be a writer.

It's why I graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in English lol

Death of the Author means the author's interpretation about their works is not superior or more "correct" than anyone else's interpretation. It is not, nor has ever been, a way to excuse transphobia. As pointed out here, she could not be more anti-Death of the Author with her considerable retcons.

The test copy for The Usual Choices came in, and it looks so good! There are some adjustments to be made, but it feels incredible and the colors come through great.
