If you spent time and effort to collect shiny Pokémon prior to LZa this game will corrupt them and they will no longer be allowed into any prior games. That is a fundamental failure in the implementation of this title and as a fan I refuse to accept it
Not to mention the other issues I have so far

Lost interest in getting this title now…
The state of Nintendo and their greedy disconnect alone is bad but the Pokémon company ultimately ruining the collection aspect of the franchise. The game has isolated itself from any other titles which was the exact reason they made home to begin with

Frankly, why even have HOME capability at all?!
It ruins the collection aspect of Pokémon and actively encourages people to no longer play their previous titles.
As a shiny collector working on a shinydex, this game has dropped in my favor and will likely skip this game entirely now…
