They used to be bitter rivals as they both taught at the same school He didn't agree with Zack's lack methods...but the man was one of the few who actually spoke back to him.

After Zack transformed out of worry for Victor and stayed over, the man realise...oh god...I have feelings for this man...

When he was getting some fresh ingredients out on a farm, sampling the moomoo milk. When the farmer showed him the miltank he may have let a comment slip "Astounding such an unremarkable pokemon could produce this"
Which led to him getting stomped.

Direct physical touch and the milk = infection

(He's taking a break from his alias, giving the farmers some time to actually get something to compete with him. To avoid animosity of course >w0)

Victor is a bit of a documentary man, loving good National Geographic style shows, wholesome cooking shows...

He secretly also loves soap operas, getting invested in quite a few (eg. Love in Lumiose, Pain Passion and Pokemon, etc)

And he's an author of several spicy romance novels (also secret)

Victor is partial to sweeter foods now, and anything with berries (preferably fresh).

A good light tart, or a freshly baked scone with berries (and cream if it didn't trigger his transformation)

He's a lot better with it then he was initially. It's still not his favourite thing...buuut Zack makes it hard to hate.
Comments about how soft he is, how sweet he smells, and the absolute adoration for him...makes it hard to disagree with.

Victor still keeps his hybrid status a secret though.

Not many people can read Victor, but Zack is fluent in his subtle mannerisms and loves him dearly.
