I'm going to ask for it. I'm sort of opposite... I'm super active in the morning, then I get zoomed in on stuff at night and forget to eat. I am lucky to cross 1200 cal/day, but never lose a pound and blood sugar is always sky high. Thanks for the advice.

I did a 2-hour high-intensity workout and my blood sugar shot up to 285. Gained 2lbs that week. I meet with my endo on Mon and might ask her to take me to Oz. Sounds like it actually works.

Agree. There are a long list of security reasons why someone would change their handle. What's the point of it being portable if you have to delete all your data completely anytime there is a significant life change? So many misuse cases.
