Something about people with chronic illnesses or medically difficult conditions is that sooner or later we become our own apothecaries. When traditional medicine fails us and doctors do more harm than good we end up seeking solace and cure elsewhere.

omg it's what everyone does in brazil!! it looks like this and it's delicious. The chocolate topping is butter, cocoa powder or melted chocolate, let it thicken in the pan and pour over the cake, it's gooey and delicious
