Serving the common good, not retribution.
Contemplative tenders of the inner life, not isolationists.
Clear-eyed responsibility-takers, not scapegoaters.
Binders of wounds, not weaponisers of victimhood.
Nurturers of shared creativity, not hoarders of things.

We deeply need stories with a vision of a meaningful life that goes beyond "us" versus "them".

We need stories that understand ourselves as human beings inhabiting physical space as stewards, not conquerors.
