She's looking at Panty who is holding an empty takeout container up and away from her body. Panty is looking down at her unchanged form. Seems like she expected something different to happen.

In the edited screenshot Stocking locks eyes with Panty's midriff. In place of a flat stomach is a mounded, rounded gut that has wobbled its way out from under her baby tee, and pushed past the waistband of her red short shorts. Panty looks down at her belly like the great accomplishment it is.
