I believe an Assassin Bug of some kind. It stayed on the downspout next to me long enough for me to go indoors, swap out my lens and set up my macro settings. But as soon as I started looking at it more it scurried away.

This solo Wild Turkey spent a good part of the day foraging around the property. It's always a little surprising to see these birds as they're probably at least 10x bigger than the next largest bird which is probably a Blue Jay.
