Not overcharged at all. It isn’t just about whether she meant to kill him and everything to do about her egregious behavior! In a nearly 3x the legal limit rage, she floored the gas pedal in reverse at 24 mph and ran into him. Then she left him to die knowing she hit him! That’s why the up charge!
