Honestly right I've seen some people suggest calling H4 jackals Hyenas since they look different but Skirmishers are a bit of an odd one in that regard since Ruuthian are called Jackals and the fanon name for Ibie'shan are Hyenas calling T'vaoans Skirmishers kinda breaks that fanon naming convention

It’s really funny how ICE supporters get upset at people drawing characters from films, shows, or games beating on them. As if they’re not the same people complaining about “wokeness” and how “X character would actually support them” while making AI slop using said characters

Ngl really wish I gave Frontiers of Pandora more of a shot when it initially came out cause this game is beautiful and surprisingly a lot of fun

Not trying to imply it’s a simple “they’re absolved of punishment because they were following orders” more so how governments butting heads are always the cause for all the world’s problems thanks to propaganda fueling hardcore patriotism and the book points out how that’s a bad thing

Like I remember reading it and thinking “man this was a pointless bloody war that affected just about everyone negatively” because of course you got the native Vietnamese being treated wrongly by the US and soviets but also said US and soviets being viewed as tools by their governments

I feel bad for this story because after reading the book it wasn’t meant to be treated this way. It’s a very profound and blunt look at the Vietnam war and the Cold War as a whole and how people are mistreated by governments not used by right wing weirdos for culture war points

Haven’t drawn in a hot minute and even longer since I’ve tried drawing dromeosaurs but idk I think this has turned out alright so far

Galactic Marines run for defensive positions in the snow. An AT-TE burns behind them.

A 13th Battalion ARC Trooper shoots two droids. More clones run up to cover behind him and shoot at more droids offscreen.
