Democrats are in no danger whatsoever of losing control of #waleg in 2026. So if a good policy proposal didn't pass this year, it's because Dems just didn't want to do it.

This also suggests Dems will not lose seats for passing an income tax, just as they didn't in 2024 or 2025 after raising taxes.
